We work together with American and European lawyers, as Brazilian co-counsel, to develop procedural and technical strategies, enabling effective coordination between jurisdictions, providing greater efficiency and cost effectiveness of results, thus avoiding potential conflicts between overseas strategy and possible procedural strategies to be adopted in Brazil, should the need to defend the clients’ interest in Brazilian courts arise.
